By making a booking with Mac Beach Campsite Resort, you agree to the following. We'll keep this short and plain.

Bookings & payment

A booking is confirmed once we reply with a confirmation message and you have paid the deposit (typically 50% of the total).
The remaining balance is paid on arrival (cash, GCash, or bank transfer).
Rates are in Philippine pesos (₱) and include accommodation only unless stated otherwise. Meals, transfers, and tours are paid separately.

Cancellation

7+ days before arrival — full refund of any deposit paid.
Within 7 days of arrival — one night's stay is forfeited as a cancellation fee, unless you have a real reason (weather, illness, cancelled flight) — message us, we are reasonable.
No-shows — full first night charged.
Date changes — free at any time, subject to availability.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is possible if your cabana is ready.
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Day-use is available if you have a late flight.

House rules

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Please respect other guests.
No smoking inside cabanas or tents.
Pets are welcome — please tell us in advance and keep your dog on a leash around the dining area.
Bonfires are allowed only in designated spots and only on request.

Damage & liability

Guests are responsible for any willful damage to property. We do our best to maintain a safe environment, but we cannot be held liable for personal accidents, lost belongings, or weather-related disruptions. We strongly recommend you arrange travel insurance for your trip.

Force majeure

If your booking is interrupted by typhoon, government order, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you on a fair rebooking or refund — most of our guests have always been treated generously here.
